All applicants must be 18+, able to live independently, and willing to complete intake and orientation.

How To Refer

1. Call us together

If your client is in the room, the fastest path is a three-way call. 855-425-PACS.

2. Email an introduction

Send a brief intro to info@pacsliving.com with the client's name, phone, and what kind of housing situation they are coming from.

3. Use the contact form

Pick "Case worker / referrer" on the application form and describe the situation. We'll follow up within one business day.
